Cue and Cue Pro

Cue provides a teleprompter, remote control, local scripts and a personal web Studio. An active Cue Pro subscription is required for teleprompter playback and remote control, including Nearby. Sign-in, purchase restoration, account deletion and access to your stored data do not require an active subscription.

Cue Pro is offered monthly or yearly. Apple shows the applicable local price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings. Restore purchases in Cue using the purchasing Apple account and your Cue account.

Connectivity

Sign-in, purchase verification and Studio synchronisation require internet access. After verification, local and Nearby playback may continue until the subscription expires, for no more than seven days after verification. Nearby requires compatible devices and local connectivity. Keep your own backup of important scripts.

Your content and account

You retain your rights in your scripts. You permit us and our service providers to store, transmit and display them to provide the features you choose. Upload only content you are entitled to use, keep your sign-in codes private, and do not interfere with other accounts or service security. Shared connection codes grant access to the scope described when connecting.

App licence and consumer rights

The Apple app licence is the Apple Standard EULA. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel its Apple subscription.
